My biggest challenge was staying consistent over time—managing cravings, social situations, and motivation while balancing work and life, without falling back into old habits or letting small setbacks derail my progress.

What are your future health and fitness goals?

My future fitness goals are to maintain my weight loss, continue building strength and endurance, improve overall health and energy levels, and make training a consistent, sustainable part of my lifestyle long term.

How do you feel now?

I feel healthier, more confident, and mentally stronger. I have more energy, better focus, and a healthier relationship with food and exercise, which makes maintaining these changes feel achievable and sustainable.
