About Me

I started my journey extremely overweight and unhappy at 199.8 kg. I've now lost 79.1kg so far, enjoying making content for my fitness socials and loving life.

What motivated you to start?

Being happy in the way I was and my health wanting to be healthy so I can live a long happy life.

What was you biggest challenge?

Cutting out sugary snacks and chips was very challenging for me at the start, but finding healthy alternatives such as low-calorie jelly protein bars and Snack A Jacks rice cakes to swap instead of high-calorie chips.

What are your future health and fitness goals?

Lose at least 15kg more and continue to get stronger and more athletic. I'd like to do a triathlon at some point, and I'm going to do some more outdoor stuff, go back and climb Snowdon and maybe Ben Nevis.

How do you feel now?

Absolutely amazing. No two ways about it. Losing a human's weight makes you feel better day to day. Loving life and enjoying the little things, like not needing seatbelt extensions on a plane and being able to buy clothes in normal shops.
